I am putting a fairly radical little 289 into my 36 truck. I just bought a Wieand Dual quad Tunnel Ram off of e-bay (no carbs yet). Does any body have any experiance with these types of set ups and what carbs are good for this? Mostly the truck will see street and freeway driving.

My fastback has a older style Paxton and I used a Demon. Worked out really well! The Demons look like a Holley, but seem to be better quality. With that said, you can't go wrong with a Holley...
